Chad’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property. He has experience across a broad range of areas, including negligence, personal injury, construction disputes, contractual disputes, intellectual property disputes, collections, insurance law, trademark protection and enforcement, and domain name disputes. Chad is also a trademark agent in training.

Before joining TDS, Chad attended the University of Manitoba, where he studied political science while competing as a student-athlete on the university’s track and field team as a multi-event athlete and pole vaulter. He attended law school at Robson Hall.

Chad was a summer student at TDS in 2022 and 2023, returned as an articling student in 2024, and joined the firm as an associate in 2025.
