The financial services group within TDS is comprised of a number of experienced and knowledgeable lawyers who are well known to and universally acceptable to financial institutions.
Our financial law group provides a wide array of financial legal services from acting for various lender clients such as banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, pension plans, fund managers and mortgage brokers in relation to the provision of operating loan facilities, term loan facilities, subordinated debt facilities, commercial mortgage loans securing industrial, commercial and multi-tenant residential properties to acting for the persons, firms, partnerships, limited partnerships, co-ownership syndicates, joint ventures, real estate investment trusts, and corporations to whom such loan facilities are provided and assisting those borrowers in the structuring of their borrowing entity, negotiating on their behalf the terms of any borrowing or loan facilities with financial institutions and completing those loan transactions.
